Being an athlete myself, I really appreciate the time, effort, determination, and motivation it take's to keep in shape and stay fit. After all, fitness is one thing that money can't buy. It has to be acquired through exercise and sweat. I admit to being a cycling addict. It's very much like the disease manic/depressive. When I exercise (predominantly cycling), I feel fantastic/euphoric, but when I don't, I'm miserable, depressed, and irritable. My most common form of cross training is step climbing. I once stair climbed up the University of Pittsburgh's 36 story building 86 times over a 12 hour period. Taking the elevator down each time, I gained 38,000 vertical feet of elevation. I have a degree in mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh. I find myself attracted to tall, athletic, trim/muscular, nonsmoking women.             .
